the "great" room

there's a very legit reason why this room is called a "great" room. these pics are prime examples and totally drool-worthy.

this room has a strong rustic vibe, but the sweeping window dressing and the over-size art make it totally romantic:

i love wallpaper way too much! i would totally wallpaper the inside of my closets if it wasn't completely insane. this wallpaper is perfect; not too busy, and just the right amount of texture.

the gorgeous miss goodwin

i am absolutely in LOVE with ginnifer goodwin's style! if i ever happen to catch footage of a red carpet, (which is hardly ever), she is always the first person i look for. i'm always interested and excited to see what she wears and how she wears it. she always seems to choose quirky and unique pieces that most other people wouldn't, or couldn't pull off. and she always impresses me with how sleek, feminine, and modern, but not trendy, she looks. brava, ginnifer!

the TimTam Slam!

if you love chocolate and have never had TimTams -- stop what you're doing now, go to Target, buy a box, make some tea, follow my directions, try not to eat the whole package in one sitting, and send your thanks to me when you've left TimTam Heaven.

now, in my local Target, there are three different kinds of TimTams - chocolate, dark chocolate, and caramel. in order to do your first "TimTam Slam" properly, you need a cookie center that will melt evenly; therefore, i recommend the regular or dark chocolate ones for you first 'slam'. of course, caramel MUST be tried as well, but that will come later. i'm SURE of it.

you will need a cup of tea or coffee, whatever you prefer, not too hot (your TimTam will be too soggy) and nowhere near cold (the middle won't melt).

take a TimTam, bite off a small bit of one corner. rotate the cookie, and bite the diagonal corner. you are gonna' use the cookie as a straw to sip your tea/coffee. as soon as you feel the liquid hit your tounge, stop sipping, turn the cookie, and take a bite out of the end that was just dipped in your drink. i'll give you minute..........

okay, long description short --

4- i eat, A LOT! - i love food. i think food loves me. we always seemed to be attracted to each other. i don't know? but, you can bet you'll be seeing pics and recipes of delicious yumminess!

5- if you haven't noticed the title of this blog, it's called obsessive randomness; so, who knows what i'll be talking about!
